How It Works

Government Procurement, Simplified

Ordering as a government agency or prime contractor follows the same process as any customer, with the additional documentation your procurement office needs.

  1. Call or submit your requirements. Tell us your specifications, timeline, and any solicitation details. We can work from a formal RFQ/RFP or an informal description.
  2. Receive a written quote and design proof. Every order includes a free design proof and a firm, written quote before you commit to anything.
  3. Submit your purchase order. We accept POs directly from agencies and from prime contractors ordering on an agency’s behalf.
  4. Production, inspection, and delivery. Your plaque is manufactured domestically, inspected by the designer who built it, and shipped with the documentation your contract requires.
