Military Veteran Plaques for
Memorials & Bases
Our owner is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and our military veteran plaques reflect that. We understand what a tribute means and what it demands — for individual veterans, VFW posts, unit memorials, and installation dedications.

Cast Bronze Veterans Memorial for Ponce Inlet, Florida
After moving to the Ponce Inlet area, our customer noticed there wasn’t a local veterans’ memorial, so he organized its construction himself. With enthusiastic community support, this memorial was built in Kay & Ayres Davies Lighthouse Park, adjacent to the Ponce de Leon Inlet Light Station.

| Material | Bronze |
| Size | 9-3/8″ × 30″ banner, plus circular seals |

I designed the “So long as there are VETERANS…” banner plaque to serve as a transition between the rigid, pointed monument and the round seals.

Cast Bronze WWII Memorial for Forester, Arkansas
Nine years after this plaque honoring his father was dedicated in France, customer Bill Winters wrote back: “Your handiwork is still honoring my dad, still in very good condition, still telling the story. My friends visit every year, on V/E Day, and place flowers.”

Cast Bronze Memorial for 1st Lieutenant Joel C. Gentz
Throughout high school, college, and his military career, 1st Lt Gentz pursued his goals relentlessly, including two grueling years of training to become a Combat Rescue Officer, turning down a pilot’s slot along the way. His Air Force ROTC detachment at Purdue University wanted his recognition to be permanent.

When all of this plaque’s inscription information was presented to us, it looked overwhelming. By properly organizing and arranging it, that first impression of information overload vanished.

Yes. Innovative Signs is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), registered in SAM.gov. Our owner Mitchell served as a U.S. Air Force officer in military intelligence and space operations for nearly a decade and earned the Air Force Commendation Medal.
Can Innovative Signs satisfy SDVOSB set-aside requirements?
Yes. Our SDVOSB certification satisfies federal set-aside and sole-source procurement requirements. We are experienced with government purchase orders and RFQ processes. W-9 and capability statements are available on request.
What types of military and veteran plaques do you make?
We make individual veteran memorials, unit recognition plaques, installation dedication plaques, POW/MIA tributes, VFW and American Legion post plaques, and Gold Star family memorials. Each project receives the personal attention it deserves.
How long does a veteran memorial plaque take to produce?
Standard production is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after design approval. Rush production is available in as little as 5 working days. For dedication ceremonies, we recommend starting early and not setting the ceremony date until your plaque has arrived.
What Families & Organizations Say
We are well pleased with our plaque, and want to say thank you for all your cooperation and attention from start to finish. We are proud to honor our ancestor with this beautiful work of art.
From my simple layout suggestion, you applied wonderful imagination and design skills to produce the perfect memorial to my father. You did the work under great time constraints, met every deadline, then delivered the plaque a day early. I will be spreading the word to others that Innovative Signs is the place to go for military memorial plaques.
On behalf of Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 698, and the Bishop family, I wish to pass on the wonderful comments we received regarding the plaque made by Innovative Signs. Thank you to all of your company representatives who were responsible for a timely job well done.
