I especially enjoyed the badges portion of this project, removing the material between the star and outer ring just like a real badge. These are essentially 20-inch diameter metal badges.

Engraved Bronze Dedication Plaque for Historic Evergreen Train Depot
Built in 1907 as part of the old L&N Railroad line, this historic depot was the only building in town with electricity at the time. After a complete renovation, the City of Evergreen dedicated its new life as home to the Chamber of Commerce with this plaque.

Cast Bronze Dedication Plaque for Upper Blue Sanitation District
A $27 million plant expansion more than doubled wastewater capacity for residents of Breckenridge, Colorado. This dedication plaque recognizes the successful contributions of the many individuals and companies involved.

We always give these plaques as much professional styling as possible. Notice the appropriate white space around the inscription so it doesn’t overwhelm the plaque.

Etched Zinc Dedication Plaque for Sheridan Area Rural Fire Protection District
To adequately serve rural residents of Sheridan, Wyoming, the fire district needed a brand new facility. This dedication plaque was the final touch, recognizing everyone involved in the project.

With so many people to list, horizontal lines visually separated and grouped them for the reader. Acid etching was the only process that could reproduce the fire district’s cross graphic in such fine detail.

Etched Bronze Town Hall Plaque for Town of Floyd, Virginia
Population 432, just a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Town of Floyd has real character, bluegrass music, wineries, art galleries, and friendly people. Their plaque was custom-shaped to match their logo, reinforcing that character perfectly.

A rectangular plaque would have worked fine, but this custom shape added style and character that wasn’t possible otherwise.
