Artwork Questions
I’m not an artist, how do I show you what I want?
You don’t have to be an artist. That’s our job. Send hand-written notes, describe it over the phone, or just call and talk it through with a designer. Whatever you have is fine; we’ll ask for more detail if we need it.
Can logos be used on a plaque?
Yes, most logos can be used on a plaque. Each material and manufacturing process has minimum requirements, so we’ll review your artwork to confirm it’s usable and quote any adjustment cost upfront.
Can a custom typestyle be used on a plaque?
Yes, as long as it meets the minimum requirements for the material and manufacturing process. Our designers will help make sure it works.
Layout & Quote Questions
How long do layouts and quotes take?
Most layouts and quotes are ready quickly, sometimes the same day. More complex projects or busy seasons may add a day or two. Tell your designer if you have a deadline.
Can you get a layout to me quickly for an upcoming meeting?
Yes. Meeting a tight deadline is one of our specialties. Tell your designer as soon as possible.
How are plaques priced?
Most plaques are priced by the square inch. A free layout always comes with a written price quote before you order anything.

Can plaques be used outside?
Yes, most plaques are designed and treated for outdoor use. Discuss your exact installation with a designer before ordering to confirm the right material.
Turnaround Time Questions
What is the normal turnaround time for production?
Approximate turnaround: cast metal plaques 4 weeks, engraved metal plaques 4 weeks, etched metal plaques 3 weeks. These are estimates. If you have a specific delivery date, tell us when you order and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Can you handle rush orders?
Yes. There are several rush options depending on the product. Talk to a designer as soon as possible about your deadline, from dropping everything to meet your needs, to quick-ship programs on certain products, deadlines are rarely a problem.
Installation Questions
Do you provide mounting hardware?
Hardware for common surfaces (brick, masonry, wood, drywall) is included with your plaque. The exact hardware varies by product.

What is your payment policy?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, check, and ACH bank transfer. Credit cards are processed the day your order ships; checks and ACH payments must be received by the ship date.
