Because we want you to be happy with your plaque, and this is the only way we know how to accomplish this goal. We think you should be able to order a different plaque or get your money back - but you shouldn't be stuck with a plaque you don't like.
How can we take it back, considering it's a custom product?
To put it bluntly, we're willing to take the loss.
What are we doing to ensure you never get in this situation?
We want you to have a "wow" moment when you open your box and view your plaque for the very first time, so we strive to eliminate surprises. This begins with the products you see on these pages. We only show you real photographs of real plaques, purchased by real customers.
"Real photographs of real plaques" means we don't use computer-generated renderings or simulations on our website. Instead, every plaque was painstakingly photographed with special attention given to lighting, textures and colors. It's a very long and tedious process, but it ensures that you get the most accurate picture of each plaque's appearance.
"Real customers" means the plaques on our website were not made as samples, which tend to make products look better than they actually are, and they are not stock photos from wholesale plaque manufacturers. Instead, every plaque we show you was purchased by one of our own real customers. They are real-world examples of our work, which gives you the best examples of our design capabilities.
This is all about accuracy. If you have an accurate understanding of the products we show you, and the skills our Design Team will put into your own plaque, then there will be no surprises when it arrives.
Speaking of our Design Team, you will be working one-on-one with the designer who actually creates your artwork; Someone who has a heart for making your plaque everything you need it to be, and the skills to bring it to life.
Finally, your plaque will go through multiple inspections during manufacturing and before shipping to ensure you only receive workmanship of the finest quality. With a guarantee like this, quality and accuracy must be right – or we'll pay the price for making it so.
Are we perfect?
Absolutely not. We're human, and we make an occasional mistake just like everyone else. If we make one on your plaque, though, we'll own up to it and make it right as quickly as possible.
What's the catch?
There is no catch. All we ask is that you take your share of responsibility. Specifically:
1 - Make sure you fully understand the product you are ordering – and ask questions if you don't understand it. We'll explain anything you need to know.
2 - Proof your inscription, and then proof it again - backwards. Spelling errors and incorrect information are the #1 mistakes people make on their plaques. Because you are responsible for approving your order, we can't refund your purchase if these types of mistakes happen. However, we will gladly give you a generous discount for a re-make.
3 - Be sure you fully understand our Warranty and Legal Statement before purchasing.
4 - Plaque must be in original new condition, and you need to call for approval before returning it. Then re-pack it using the original packaging and packing method (to avoid damage) and ship it prepaid, insured, at your expense.
5 - Do so within a reasonable amount of time (within 30 days of delivery).
