I am writing to express my appreciation for a bronze dedication plaque that was recently fabricated and delivered to the University of South Florida. Innovative Signs had provided plaques to USF previously through one of our general contractors, but this was our first instance of dealing with you as a direct customer. We believed our timeline was tough and contacted you around June 10. After some quick work, USF approved the plaque proof on June 13 and issued a PO on June 18 for an anticipated delivery date in late July. The plaque was delivered several weeks earlier than promised on June 27 and looks great!

Since my original contact, my staff and I have been dealing with Lisa Garvin as our sales representative. Lisa has been extraordinary in her level of customer service - responding quickly, with thorough answers, making recommendations, following up, and handling the ordering and billing process from beginning to end (no hand-offs). She was a welcoming, honest and professional representative for your company.

In my position, I deal with many companies who make claims about customer service and commitments to excellence, but few perform as promised. I seldom write letters of appreciation but, in this instance, Innovative Signs exceeded our expectations to such an extent that I believe recognition is truly deserved. I recently purchased three plaques from Innovative Signs for my sister's memorial garden and I want to express my sincere appreciation for Lisa Garvin's assistance. I had basic plaque layouts and text in mind, but she added design touches that made a huge difference.

I'm a detail oriented person with lots of questions, and she very patiently answered all my questions about materials, process and mounting, and researched the answers if she didn't know them and quickly got back to me.
